Im not sure that theres anyway that youll be able to use both rails and utilize all four mounting holes. My experience with seats is very limitled but you might have to use whatever rails will get you the most holes close enough to the stock mounting point. Try all four out to see which ones line up the best. If only 3 will work you might want to drill and tap a hole for the 4th. You want at least 3 holes to bolt up definitely. Fabing something up for the 4th hole might not be to hard. Hope that helps somewhat.
update!!!!!!
i got one seat today ON.... what i did was bolt the R rail on.... and i went to home depot and got some steel metal... cut them in 2"x4" and made 3 holes in them.... then i bolted those metals to the L rail and to the bottom of the CRX seat ban.... the steel i used its 3/16's and for front i used 2 of them and 4 for the back. that will give me the level i wanted.. here are some more pics of what i did

No offense but damn that brown interior is ugly.
i guess thats the price i pay for having a lighter car than the DX or Si.... anyways, i also wanted to say that the HB have a rear speaker cables hanging from behind the rear HB inner pannels.... i got a trunk light and while searching for the conectors i found that the car has already wires in the back that goes to the radio....
hey usdm i noticed your center console....I am looking for one like that. The one that comes from the dash connected all the way to the shifter. What are those from? crx? jdm? sorry this is off the subject too

the seats sit lower than stock... and with the STD rails they are a lil more tilted backwards.. no big deal, but it could do another click foward in order to make them be perfect straight and more confortable for road-curve racing ewhen u get shaken...anyways here are the other pics for the bracket ghetto rig i did in order to fit the seats...
