What should you look for when buying a theft recovery?
im considering buying a 96 gsr with no seats or engine, im wondering what are some things to look for when your buying a theft recovery car that you want to stay away from, like is fixing the steering column going to be very hard if the car was stolen, and is there anything in the engine bay that is important to still have even though the engine is stolen, thanks for the help and here are some pictures of the car im consider buying, tell me what you think it is worth

i would just remember the old saying drive it like you stole it....i have seen some pretty ugly theft recoveries come through our shop from insurance companies.....i would keep looking
i would first check it like you would be buying a used car. check for body damage, make sure the chasis is straight. check for signs of bad repair work. also since the engine is gone check the wiring harness. did they cut it? or whatever, make sure you dont take on a project unless you have a decent idea of what its gonna take to get it back on the road.
does anyone know about the ignition annd steering columns on cars that have been stolen, do you usally have to replace everything, is it a lot of work?
theft recovery
ummmm!!!
in your case dont make it a daily driver.
its a lot missing unless you
buy two and make one since the shape on this one doesnt look bad..
