both are ok but I like how the aem is easier to use overall once you learn and understand it. If you get one of these it is REQUIRED that you also buy a wideband o2 sensor and controller which runs from 500 bux all the way up to 1200. Then if you don't want to tune it yourself, avg going rate I've seen tuners charge is 150 an hour to tune your car for you. Hondata is cheaper but the price goes up as you add more features. Hondata has been around longer so more people are familiar with it but aem ems is probably going to be better in the long run, since it's a pretty flexible system that can be used on just about any car not just Honda.
Even in n/a applications the aem ems is pretty flexible. The learning curve with the AEM EMS I think is a little easier than the hondata because you dont' have to deal with burning chips and all that stuff. Another thing is once you have a AEM EMS, if you have someone perform work on your car, TELL THEM YOU HAVE AN AFTERMARKET ECU and completley remove all factory diagnostic connectors from your engine bay and inside the car.
