anyone know what a DSM wg boost level is set at

i could possibly be picking up a DSM turbo cheap, and i am thinking of putting it on my soon2be B20 powered del Sol, just want to make sure i don't push way to much boost or anything

most DSM turbos boost between 15-18 psi stock, so that is what i am assuming the stock wastegate is set too

What dsm is this? Eclipse/talons are 12psi with the STOCK ebc... but if u just use the wastegate, they are set at 8psi.

i just rechecked it is 11.5 psi stock. His intake system and a few tweaks he has allows him to go to 15 psi and spike all the way up to 18 psi sometimes.

depends on what year eclipse, 89-94 8-10lbs, 96-99 15-18lbs

He is correct, the wastegate is set to 8psi. The boost is electronically adjusted higher by the computer. Mechanically=8, electronically=11+(but who cares)
