h&r sports OR tein STech?? for 99 prelude base?
Well no experience with the Teins so I'll just put my word in for the H&R's. I really like em. Good spring rate, nice drop height, very nice ride. It feels almost stock except the body roll is much less. You really notice how much it rolls after you put em in. The only downside to these so far was the installation, its hell to install springs yourself. It's not easy at all to get the strut out. I think we had to disconnect the lca to get the front ones out
, but after that all good
. Hope that helps

i duno about those but i'd say get progress sport springs. has a 1.5 in. drop and nice smooth ride. make sure and get shocks with them, or else it will be " bouncy ". you will save money that way too (due to installation) and time (also due to installation) and it wil handle much better with the shokcs. i would recommend KYB AGX's or KONI YELLOWS (if you find a decent price).
What can you say about the S-techs. I know they drop they car 1.5". What is the ride like. Is it stiff? There are some on ebay and I very tempted.
