Default LS integra and the benefit of a high flow cat

currently i have an AEM CAI, DC sports 4-2-1 header and am getting an Apexi N1 exhaust, would there be any benefit to adding a high flow cat to this system? i've actually heard that with these few mods, i could actually lose back pressure and thus, lose hp by adding a high flow cat. does anyone have experience with the I/H/E vs. I/H/C/E for an LS integra?

i've heard some ppl say you need to have some back pressure...my friend said that he did better with a cat on the track than no cats...hope that helps

your friend is stupid ricer who cant drive. Backpress = bad. Mufflers/cats HURT performance in every aspect.
