Can you tell where this goes?
Right below the throttle body on a B16a in a 4th gen there is a hose where does this go to? Any help is appreciated. It is right below my air intake there is no line on it and just wondering where it might go.
this is not my pic i found it on the net, but i need to where that goes to.

if it comes out of your throttle body it has coolant in it and it should go to a port where the intake manifold and head come together. it is used to heat up incoming air for your engine to warm up quicker. if you dont have it conected and there is no other leak then you should be fine. but it may take longer for it to warm up. but in all reality it should give added performance with colder air. i hope this is what you were looking for.
yeah, it plumbs back into the head at the upper passenger side. some people bypass the tb coolant line for more cold air. the gains are questionable but the guy i know who did it ran a 13.6 in a gutted eg6 w/ a b16sirII w/ a cai and no exhaust. you just route it out of the head and back in, idle surge problems have occured by doing this but you can always adjust.
