CEL #92
ok so i had a code 92 CEL the other day. i was in las vegas heading back to socal and didnt want to **** around, so i went to the dealership they say evap sensor or whatever, and turns out my charcol canister wasnt hooked up from my skunk2 intake manifold install. so he hooked it up i guess and did some tinkering and made the light go away. he said that my charcol canister may be ruined now, and that it will have to be replaced soon. sooOo 3 weeks later which is around now, the CEL comes on again... code 92. my sensors are all straight, so it must be the charcol canister... but i thought you didnt really NEEEEED to have that.... any ideas? iknow what the code is , but what all COULD it be?
i got CEL 90 which also has to do with the EVAP sensor, i took it to the dealer and they reset the ecu and 2 days later it came back. i still need to find time to go back. but because dealers only diagnos problems on weekdays it makes it hard for me since i work. looks like i gotta take another day off
