To check if your ECU is sending a signal to the ICM, just hook up a test light to the yellow/green wire going into the ICM. I had the same problem with my car, it turned out to be the ECU.
test the ignitor? Maybe it's that. On my accord, the magnetic reluctor actually cracked and was bad. (inside the distributor)

do you have a MSD..if so..maybe it fried the box and then fried the starter...sounds weird but that's what just happened to mine
car was missing at first , but running for 4 days, then the one day; no spark. we have no way of testing the ecu, but it could be that. what is the icm? and where is this located on the ecu?
hey peeps,i took it to tha honda dealer today, and got a diag done, they said its the starter.???
Could be, if you checked the fuse and already replace the distrubtor and coil than the starter is the next thing.
sounds like bullshit to me if the starter turned the engine to see if it had spark before then there is no way that it could be the starter it had to be something else simple that was the problem and the dealer just wanted to make a little more money outta it so they told you that it was the starter
thats what he said, they'l full of ****... i actually do need a starter and i jus installed one on and it stil has no spark, but it cranks, jus doesnt turn over...
guys have any other suggestions? how do u test the coil / distributer?

are you getting fuel???? maybe a bad fuel pump?? check your spark again ... maybe you jumped timing or bad timing belt ,maybe a bad ignition switchput the crank at top dead center and pull the valve cover to see if the cam is TDC also that is a easy way to check if you jumped timing other then those thinkgs i have said i cant think of anythign else
You havent said how the plugs are.
Have you tried changing those?
Had a an old civic one morning jsut wouldnt start. Replaced the plugs (looked horrible) and it started right up.
