Setting Rev Limiter w/ Digital 6
i lost my manual and i was wondering how i could set the rev limiter on it, the first set of numbers goes from 1-0 and the second is also 1-0. how should i position the dials to read 10,000 rpm? thanx.
I don't have the instructions in front of me but I believe for 10k you would set it to 0 and 0, mine is set to 8 and 2 for 8,200 rpm.
in this the digital 6 or the digital 6 "plus"? does it have a two-step option? because one of those dials could be a two-step.(at least it is on mine, digital 6 "plus")

Is the lettering above the dials missing or something?
Checked on http://www.msdignition.com - The two on the far left are for the RPM 2 step. The next two are for your rev limiter. When looking at the two dials the left one measures in 1000 increments and the right is measuring 100 increments. If this is the Digital 6 plus that is

9,9 = 9,900 rpm. I doubt you will run a turbo motor that high anyway. Just set it at that or set it at 9,0 for the 9,000. Most street guys only rev to 9,000 on a vtec combo.

If you look up the "digital 6" on msd's website you can download all the instructions. I did...a little over a year ago.
