Do Intake, cat, b-pipe and exhaust build up deposits as time progress?
I don't see the intake getting clogged but maybe the exhaust side might a bit. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about anyway.
If you don't open 'er up on the freeway occasionally you might get some carbon buildup on your exhaust.
Your intake piping should be fine unless you have severe blowby, then you may see oil buildup, but you should be getting 'clean' air in, and only in.

Oops...I meant header instead of intake
Well, I just transfered my Icebox from the other car the other day and I had to SimpleGreen the entire lower tube because of all the dirt in in probably built up during rainny days..etc.
The reason asking is, I am about to acquire a b-pipe. It's been used for a while and wonder if it still works flawlessly interms of air flow compare to a new one.

It wouldn't restrict flow hardly at all if there is carbon buildup. Maybe a couple tenths of a millimeter or something close to that.
