Default Is this right??? C-speed compression calc wrong?

hey all, I've been reading post after post doing research and i'm getting confused. The C-speed calc says that CTR pistons in a B18C1/C5 yield 11.751778779507741:1 compression ratio, but why is everyone posting that it will yield anywhere from 12:1 to 12.5:1...who is right...i'm i setting up the calc wrong?

SETTINGS:
Block: B18C1/C5

Head: B16A/B18C5

Pistons: pct B16B

Headgasket: OEM 3 layer

Piston to deck height: B18C1/C5

Also...is a 11.8:1+ compression ratio to high for texas weather even if it was tuned?

Thanks in advance!

David

Set piston to deck height to 0.00 and try again.

CTR pistons in a B18C1 and a B18C5 will be quite diffferent.

setting piston to deck height to 0.00 makes the compression 12.9 to 1 ...thats alittle high isn't it?
