When I wanted the Volkswagon Blue/Red look- Colored all bulbs but turn signal bulbs blue w/ sharpie and then covered each one with magic tape and colored that blue as well. Took out green plastic thing in turn signal light and replaced w/ red (sharpie) magic tape and colored those bulbs red.
Looked good but the blue was somewhat light... borderline baby blue.

I replaced the bulbs in my teg with just red light bulbs from pepboys. It's the little bulbs, something like 1104 or some 4 digit number like that. Anyways it looks awsome. The needles are real deep red and the numbers and stuff are all red.
the red lense above the gauges.....pull it out and put sleeves over the bulbs, i used the blue sleeves from the factory radio.
