Default cel 23, only at high rpms

knock sensor. the cel only flashes when i hit the high rpms, 7500 or so, then i t come s on and goes off as soon as i shift.

is it seein knock, or is the sensor going bad?

He knows its code 23 and providing that website doesn't help, it only gives vauge probably causes. Here's real help, here's the problem flow chart.

is it seein knock, or is the sensor going bad?
And just so it is clear, code 23 occurs when there is a problem with either the knock sensor or the circuit. It does not come on when the sensor picks up knock and the ecu pulls timing in response.

thanks, im going to try that. any ideas why it only happens at high rpms?
