Default WHAT is "360 thrust bearing option"?

anyone know what that does or is?
I've seen it on websites as an option that can be done to any turbo, what are the benifites and is it worth it?

It's a full 360 degree thrust bearing, instead of the standard 270 degree one. It basically means the thrust bearing completely surrounds the shaft.

Better oiling capabilities in the upper RPM ranges for teh center section.
