b16 sleeved out to 1.8 questions...
Ok, I did a search and came up with no definate answer. How would a b16 sleeved out to 1.8 compare performance wise to a b18c same compression levels, boost etc?

It would be comparable in HP, but not in Torque, because of the stroke. It would have a slightly raised torque curve on the B16, just from displacement.
BTW, 84.5mm bored b16's are a 1.75 Liter-ish engine.
