help with my LS
Good evening folks its engine building time. I have a smart list but am welcome to any of your additions. I'm building an all motor LS with CTR pistons and a standard OEM headgasket and pushing almost 11.75:1 give or take a little. I've already gotten a good clutch, cam gears and found out that my matrix header is too soft (from a buddy of mine k4ff1n3, says that the bolts keep falling out) I've comprised a comprehensive list but its a lot of **** and I'm feeling a little bit overwhelmed. if any of you have advice on products that are tried and true in your imports I would love to hear what you have to say. oh yeah, and if you have some parts you wish to unload, by all means give me an IM or email me at greert@ponce.navy.mil

the header is easy to fix, drill the holes out and put some bolts thru it, with lockwashers and locktite too would hurt.
if it were me building it, i would run those pistons you have in there. and get an ebay chip for made for rally or something with a descent midrange. maybe some cheap zex cams or ctr/itr or anything pretty much. webcams might be an option if your not scared of doing a regrind cam.
get some dyno time, and a jimfab setup, slicks and beat the **** out of it
