The pg7 ecu i bought for my zc was fried so i am useing my si's pm6 and my zc is running real strong. So i was wondering how big of a diffrence a pg7 ecu has on a zc? (if any of u guys have used both) I am still planing on getting a new pg7 or pm7. i just want to knwo if u can feel a significant change in performence?

use the PG7, that PM6 has a gay rev limiter its at like 7000 rpms. the teg is at like 7500 the ZC will love that

you can get a chip program from Hyperduck for the pm6 that is a ZC program- it's only liek $35 for 3 programs- you may wanna try that route

When I switched from the Pm6 to the Pg7, I didn't notice any power difference. But the raised rev limit was GREAT!

this is what i've used in the past 3 years on my ZC...from worst to best in my opinion.

PM6 (90 Civic Si computer)
ZC programmed Zdyne (TRASH!)
PG7 (89 Integra)

the PM6 worked fine, but when i "upgraded" to the Zdyne ZC conversion ecu, it was a bit peppier and felt a bit faster, but it fucked my ignitor and timing up big time. EVERY time i got on it, with that ecu, the tach needle would do a little dance. then i plugged the PG7 in, and it instantly ran the engine a whole lot better. runs strong to 7500 with no tach fluctuation whatsoever.

so maybe the real ZC ecus perform best, but that Zdyne ZC ecu sucked like a fat bitch.

dude, you're such a dipshit. you can't use a Bseries ecu for a Dseries. ever. only the other way around when chipped.

go outside and stare at your teg tailights.

I compared some of the different tunes between ECU's. To get an idea on what is/was going on...

You can find them here, just scroll down a little bit. However they are in EXCEL format tho...
