This is on a stock gsr engine with 5.5psi of boost. Using a Hondata tuned by boosted-hybrid.

Dennis that was fast.. There is a complete run down on the boosted hybrid site where the dyno graph is hosted. Check it out.

If anyone is near central pa or allentown i'd check out jeff (boostedhybrid) for tuning and todd (overblown-teg) for custom work. Both are awesome to work with and they make sure everything is done right before letting you go.

Hey todd I think you should have cuts prophets springs for him also. It looks like he is 4 wheeling. Manifold looks good and made some great power. His downpipe has some of my skin on from changing his oil the other night.

Chad the 4x4 stance should make it easier to work on. I want him to get some brakes on it.. That thing is scary when you come up to a turn. I appreciate the complements. Thanks.

I get mandrel bends a peice them together just like all the other guys do. For the exhaust I would get one of kteller8's kits to put on. having nice one piece bends like that is sweet. Are you venting your wastegate to atmosphere or do you want it plumbed back into the system? Should be around $350 for a 3" stainless downpipe with flex joint. If we go with ktellers kit and muffler I can get the exhaust on for around $450 total. Pm me if you want to do it.

You think $350 for a 3" dp is too much? And $450 for a full exhaust installed? Geoff sells the same down pipe for $450.. I can see if I can do it any cheaper. What setup do you have now?

the reason i say that is becuase i can go get a maaxrev for that price. i was just assuming this would be cheaper. I got my 2.5 one made for $83, not fully mandrel though, but i think it might be restricting me a little beucase its small .
but to give you an idea this is what i have now . .. . **** weetodd is down

todd will take care of you. if anythign ever happens he can fix it for you on the spot...you won't have to ship that **** back to where ever. Stainless is the only way to go, and that's what jacks up the price along with the flex.

Thanks Dennis. He is right though.. 3" stainless is not cheap. I could do it in steel and save alot of money but that doesn't hold up nice. Does max rev make a full 3" or is it a 2.5" to 3"? I thought you couldn't fit a 3" on there with out severly hacking the angles. To have a chopped 3" it might be better flow wise to run the good 2.5". And the exhaust I was only charging $100 to fully weld up and mount the whole system.. I thought that was pretty decent. I mean I get $75 just to weld on two mufflers. Let me know then.

I see an AEM intake(w/bypass valvle on the civic). Nice custom intercooler piping.

Never met boosted-hybrid, but I've known Todd for a couple years now. Definitely one of the nicest people I've ever met, and handy with a TIG machine to boot.

That rocks the house for almost no boost! The manifold is overkill for that little boost, but I'm sure it will be cranked up soon and put to better use

One thing to mention. With a t3/60-1 turbo he is reaching full boost under 4k rpm.. I thought it was good. Not sure if the manifold design is responsible or if its precisions great turbos

Well, it might help but I doubt that just getting an extreme tubular manifold is going to make that much difference at 5 psi.

At such a low boost level there's not going to be much "resistance" in the manifold.

But of course, it could be the fact that he's running a monster turbo and you'll never see 25x whp at 5 psi out of a t3/t04e

edit: just to make sure, i am not bagging on it, but i don't think the manifold will live up to it's full potential until the boost is really turned up, then it can be compared to other manifolds at a high level of boost!
