Default Lightweight Battery + Aftermarket Alarm

I need a new battery, mine is shot. I was looking into an Odyssey PC625. I have only stock stereo system, but have an aftermarket alarm. Will the lightweight battery present any problems for me with an alarm system? Car is a 98 type r and is not daily driven. I just wasn't sure if I wouldn't be better just buying a Die Hard or something, just for the fact that the car will sit for a couple weeks at a time. Thanks.

I could see it interfering. What if the battery dies while the alarm is going off because of the decrease in capacity? The stock battery won't last too long with the alarm blasting.
