My advice: Try to use the translator on http://babelfish.altavista.com/ - I've tried that with sucsess earlier on the japaneese Apexi-web-site!

Most large companies only sell in bulk to distributors/vendors which is then sold to consumers. I guessing that like most large companies, Advan does not sell directly to consumers. However, there was an email address for purchasing Advan Merchandise:yfcsales@mta.yrc.co.jp
It's a longshot but maybe they can direct you to the dept to purchase wheels or maybe suggest a vendor that does sell Advans internationally. HTH
