ok im getting a used greddy turbo kit and what are somthings i should look for when seeing if anything is wrong with it like ( how should the turbo spin i know if it lose it is no good) what else wares out on this

pretty much the turbo is the basic thing to look for. However you cant really tell if the oil seals are bad i think. I guess you could see that it has no shaft play.

 

actually slight shaft play is normal when no oil is inside the turbo. if the blades don't hit it should be fine....but as far as the oil seals go...you won't know till you put oil into the turbo

 

look inside the turbine housing for cracks I bought a t3/t4 and it had a crack inside...
