1. The 97-98 EX sedans, what options did they come with? I believe they had all the power options, what else?
2. 99-00 Front end converstion, I know you need headlights, fenders, grill, hood and what else rad support? Can I use 2dr/coupe parts on the 4dr?
3. 99-00 Rear conversion, what do I need? Trunk lid, tails and bumper? Can a coupe bumper be used?
4. Does the EX have any sway bars stock? Do the LCAs have the mounts for sway bars?

1. 96-98 EX Sedans came with power windows, power door locks w/remote entry, sun/moonroof, painted mirrors and side moldings and a convinient maplight(*lol)
2. For the 99-00 conversion (which I also did) I needed the fenders, front bumper, headlights, front grill, and hood. The core support isn't really needed unless you want it really clean. I didn't need it. You just need to cut a little bit where you bolt on the front bumper to the core support. It sticks out just a little bit but it isn't noticable at all. And yes you can use parts of the coupe...heck you can even use parts off a hatch or another 4DR if you want. The front end is all the same for the 99-00 Civic's.
3. For the 99-00 rear conversion you need the 99-00 taillamps, trunk lid and the rear bumper from a 4DR ONLY. You can use rear lips made for the 99-00 coupe but the bumper is different. Everything basically justs bolts right up but you will need to change the key hole/lock if you want to use your trunk
4. I have no idea about sway bars for the 96-98 4DR's but the 99-00 4DR's have them (I think the EX's only but don't quote me on that
)
I hope that helps
