Noise from the rear brake.. Bad rotor or pad?

Noise from the rear brake.. Bad rotor or pad?
I hear loud prolong screeching when I drive. It from the left rear brake.
It is loud and annoying. I have almost 75,000 mileages on it. I am currently
running the original rotor front and back since I bought the car first time. It also had ebc green pads on 62,500 mileages. It already 12,500 on usage on ebc pads on front and rear. The pads suppose to last up to 15,000 mileages. It could be the pad?
