I always use either KYB or Tokico Illuminas. Koni once in a while depending on the car and where it is being driven. as for spring rates for a car that is on the street and light autox and some drags I like 350-400 frt and 300-450 rears. i like the 350/300 combo for most cars and get good sway bars. if the car is the 88-91 Civics or crx's I like 350 front and 300-400. and I don't lower those to low and again sway bars.,

600fr./450rr on kyb agx's. I like them a lot. The agx's are holding up well after being on eibach pro-kits for 30K miles and GC's for another 20K.
