where's the 02 sensor located on OBD1 integra's?
is it on the cat? or the header? i need to know cause my 02 sensor on the CAT is fuked and im thinking of just changing it to OBD1 instead of replacing the 02 sensor.
How is it on the cat? isn't that obd2? isn't that the reason why people with high flow cats/test pipes have the problem with throwing a CEL?

The only o2 sensor I have is on the header, BEFORE the cat. I don't have an o2 for the cat. obd1 gsr motor

Alright, ill give you fact. We seem to go over this every other day
OBD1 GSR - ONE 02 sensor on cat
OBD1 LS/RS/GS - 1 02 sensor on header
OBD2 GSR - 2 02 sensors on CAT
OBD2 00-01GSR - 2 02 sensors, one on header, one on cat
OBD2 LS/GS/RS/ITR - 2 02 sensors, one on header, one on cat

OBD2 GSR - 2 02 sensors on CAT
OBD2 00-01GSR - 2 02 sensors, one on header, one on cat

k, one last question NewGSRDriver. if i change to OBD1 and keep one of the 02 sensors unplugged (the one closer to the b-pipe) will the CEL come on? thanks.
Im not 100% sure from experience, but I would imagine if you change to OBD1, you could just plug the secondary 02 bung on the cat and use the primary 02 sensor, and it should work fine.
As for the test pipe, Im not sure...I like the environment
Im not too sure...since theres no problem with swapping the 02 sensor to the header which obviously has no cat material, I dont see the difference with the test pipe. I know OBD2 guys have traditionally used a piece of cat material to fool the sensor.

On my 94 JDM integra Si-VTEC there is a sensor on the collector/header and also one on the cat, although i've been told i can ditch the sensor on the cat without throwing a code...dunno if this is true though.
Edit: On my cluster i have a warning light for the cat temperature its the little rectangualr shaped thing with the squiggles rising from it, so its possible that the sensor in the cat is a temperature sensor and the O2 sensor is the one in the header???
