Default shift linkage b18, sloppy, no shift gate

I took a 91 teg shift linkage assembly cut and welded the stabilizer rod.
Took the actually gear selector rod and cut it down and welded a nut on it put all thread through that and welded a nut on the end that the goes to the tranny. Thus, making adjustable linkage.

Problem is it doesnt feel right AT ALL.

I search 3 pages of under the query 'shift linkage' with no avail.

Yeah I understand what you did? So what is a better definition of your complaint? You should put in better detail exactly what is wrong. Then maybe we can help. Other wise you might as well call a physic?
