hello everyone out there in HONDA LAND... after installing my skunk2 cam and gears i started to have an oil leak on the cam gear side that drips down to the oil pan then from there goes everywhere... i've already REPLACED VALVE COVER GASKET OIL PAN GASKET NOT THE HEAD GASKET AND IT ISNT THE CAM SEALS..... SO WHAT ELSE COULD IT POSSIBLY BE!!!! i've been trying to look the oil just leaks hard when the car is on then barley if not any leaks when off .... so what could be causing a leak while the car is running!!!!!!!!!! please HELP!!!!! oil gets all over my headers and startst to smoke! WHAT COULD IT BE !
IT IS THE CAM SEALS OR THE VALVE COVER GASKET. Its very simple. clean the the oil off , start the engine and see where your leak is.

at your local parts store they sell a dye that you can put in your oil. run the motor a little while and see where the leaks at. the dye doesnt hurt your engine.
Honda recommends you use RTV in the corners where the valve cover goes up and over the cams. It's a tough angle to get the gasket to seal on it's own.
