RO to MRPA Integra Transmission swap help...

Integra automatic transmission swap help!!!
I want to put a 91 (LS) automatic (MRPA) in place of my nearly dead 90 (RO) automatic transmission in a 90 GS. What is involved in this swap ( i.e.) will I need to change the ecu, cable, shifter, guages, etc. etc.? or no? 
P.S. what are the differences.
