Timing marks on 1.5L 91

Timing marks on 1.5L 91

How are the timing marks supposed to lineup on a 1.5L civic DX? The timing belt broke. Also is this an interference engine?

yes, it is an interference engine. (hope it's ok, man).

anyhoo, there are 3 marks together, and a fourth one that is white and set away a little bit. You go by the white one.
