Found this on ATP Turbo Website. They have staged upgrades with dyno numbers.

Imagine this guys: 290wtq with only a 3" DP, 3" Test Pipe and 14psi!!!! How many of you guys with turbo Hondas can claim 290wtq? I'm not hatin'. I'm just in shock.

Stock:


Stage 1 includes 3" Stainless Downpipe, 3" Catalytic Converter, Boost Controller at 13 PSI



Stage 2 includes 3" Stainless Downpipe, 3" Test Pipe, Boost Controller at 14 PSI

no offense, but is there a point to this post? Is it bragging or is it inquisition, or...
it seems like you put up this post to get negative feedback. It could have been phrased better, ie look how much this torque this srt made with only ... you shouldnt have said how many turbo honda guys bla bla bla. seems like you brought this up just to **** people off. Im not mad, but who the hell cares!

 

Actually those dyno graphs dont look that impressive. The max peak hp is reaches at like 3k rpm and they dont have limited slip trannies. So you will be going real fast for 3 seconds then it falls on its face slowly.

Or is it just me!

 

1. I'm just sharing info about a Force Inducted car. The amazing power that can be had out of a car that is very close to stock.

You know, I really am giving some of you guys too much credit. You can't even read a damn dyno!!!

The line that is dropping off is the torque curve you idiots.

I guess it's not your fault. You're not used to seeing a car that makes more torque than horsepower. That's mostly V8 territory.

Downpipe and no cat stock turbo... Damn that is impressive. The negative replies are just h-t people hating on neons. I mean compare this dyno graph to a Civic Si(pathetic)

I saw alot of srt-4s at the dealership. I went to check out the new LANCER EVO 8(same one from japan!), it had a 15k dealer markup

the Stage II makes more torque at 2800 rpm than my little Civic makes period. stoplight battles must be fun.

yeah, the Charger, Challenger, SuperBee, Hemi, Viper, SRT-4, and Shelby GT Charger from the 90's are all really unimpressive cars.

just because it's not a japanese car doesn't make it a total shitbox. i've been seeing more and more people around here who have just as bad a mentality about domestics that these same people complain about COMING from the domestic owners. either grow up and learn to appreciate cars in general and stop the idiotic bashing or keep your mouth shut on such matters. the bickering and bashing is pointless, and what does it do for you? makes ya look like an *** is what it does.

the only thing keeping me from trading in for the SRT-4 is the lack of a long-term road test as of yet. soon as I see one (with fuel mileage, and how long everything lasts) i'll be making a decision.

i'm not trying to make it seem like my "panties" are in a bunch or anything. I just thought by the way it was phrased that it was almost like making fun of hondas.

maybe i'm just upset at the phrasing but contemplate this, when you have to defend yourself before the first reply("I'm not hatin'"), something might be found offensive to what was just written. if i went to the dsm forum and said, no offense but how many dsm can claim that they weight 1800 lbs, they would get pissed too.

All that aside, i through the panties that were bunched up away and got a new pair of docker's wrinkle free panties.
I'm all set. Props to that neon. It will set a lot of people straight.

Man, those Neons are no joke. I was at MIR this weekend, and there was a BONE STOCK one running 14.2-14.4's consistently. I was really impressed.

Nope, but I am thinking it was high 90's. For some reason, that is sticking in my head. I could be wrong though.
