I was wondering if there is some sort of bootleg way to wire the mirrors so that they work, I have a 1998 dx and i can buy the power folding mirrors but they dont come with the wiring harness....any solutions?

 

How much and will you at least get the power folding switch?

In your case I believe wiring will be a little more difficult because you will need the wire harness for the mirrors from a power mirror equipped Civic as well as run the wiring for the power folding switch to the radio shack relay, as well as a wiring for the power folding switch. Get wiring for the power folding button/power mirror control unit and wiring harnesses to power the mirrors.

 

its gonna be hard to see outta the driver side mirror because in japan our driver side mirror is thier passenger and thier....well you got it....right?

 

Doesn't much matter, he could purchase a circular convex mirror and place it on the mirror to aid with the vision as well.
