i got this 9 band, eclipse in dash equalizer, i dont know what its really called, but its eclipse, ill put the color of wires its got and that shiz later, im at school now and was curious on how to install it, could someone explain it, o and i have one 12 inch kicker L7 and a soundstorm 280x4 amp. it thumps, but the sq isnt that great till i can get my eq installed. thnx

 

1.hook ya amp into the eq using the rca output and input.
2. hook ya eq into your headunit.

 

take the rca cable that runs from your amp to your deck and hook that up to the sub connection on the EQ....you can tap the power and ground wiring into the same wiring as your deck
you have to hook up the rca output from your deck to the eq also...depending where you place the eq you will need a short rca cable to make the connection from the deck to the eq
