Should i put my flywheel cover back on?

Default Should i put my flywheel cover back on?

Rigth now the cover is off, the shop never put it back on. Should i put it on or does it not matter much?

I bought one ... new for like $14 with the bolts. It'd be really cool if a small rock got in there...sweeet!

i have never ran one on any of my motors, i drive them all daily through rain, dirt, mud, whatever and have never had a problem. id leave it off, no big deal IMO

put it on. It doesn't cost very much and it's not very hard to do. If you get something in there, you are going to cause alot of damage.

When I had my new clutch put in I didnt have a cover on, I been running for a year now and my clutch is started to make a like sqeaking noise. What I think has happened is that since I didnt have the cover on, the rain got up in there and dried out the bearing. So I ordered a cover so when I replace my clutch hopefully it shouldnt happen again.
