Default 2000 Accord V6 problem..help please.

alright, so i park the car upwards on a hill and when i get back to it later to start it, when i turn the key, the engine starts as normally as it always did, but this time the rpms would continuously drop until it hit rock bottom and the car would just stall. I restarted it a few times with the same result. After all that bullshit, i started it one last time and quickly put it in reverse to get out of the spot, and this time everything was ok.

what could the problem be here?

I've never had any problems engine wise, and theres only about 60 k on it.

My car has done that also a few times (55,000 miles). It seems to be tempature sensitive whatever it is, as it happens mainly when it is warmer, or very moist with mine. I am not sure what it is exactly. I know some had faulty starters on them, and EGR ports, and some other misc problems. Not sure if being on an incline for a long period of time could have done anything. If you were real low on gas, maybe it could have had a lil something to do with it.

Go to the Honda website, then go to Owner-Link. Sign up there for free (a service for all Honda owners) put in your VIN# and you can see what recalls or problems associated with your vehicle.
