2 questions... Turbo Ls/ VTEC, GSR cams, will I see any gains tuning the cams with gears.

Oil cooler, right now Im using the Type R liquid cooled type, what do you guys
suggest would be better, looking to make 350-400 whp.

 

You will gain power.

ITR oil cooler is fine even for 500+whp.

 

what kind of adjustments on gears, to start off when I got to the DYNO

 

Try -2 on the intake, +2 on the exhaust. That starts to dial out the overlap.
