Default 93 hatchback with GS-R swap!

What kind of quarter mile times does a 93 hatchback with GS-R swap I/H/E put out?

You cant really ask this question and get a straight answer. The reason being that there are many different variables that play into this. For example: altitude, miles on engine, has the engine been driven hard, track conditions, BUT most importantly IT DEPENDS ON THE DRIVER. Try searching and you will find an average range. It should run high 13's on street trim at sea level.

Damn there are a lot of haters here on H-T anymore. **** guys...give him a break already. Why even bother replying if all you do is hate and tell him to do a search.

Personally I ran a 14.6 in my 92 CX B18C1 swap I/H/E. Times will vary with altitude, track conditions, etc. I did run a 14.00 with slicks.

I think his question is a legit one.

It's not "what will my car run with plug wires" or some bullshit.

I ought to dock everyone who posted up a bullshit/flaming response to his question.

We are here to HELP others aren't we?

If I were new to this **** and I wanted to try and decide on what swap to get, one of the first Q's I'd ask would be "what 1/4 mile times does it typically run?" so what better place to ask than here?

I'd say in an Si hatch 14.5-14.8
Cx/Vx/DX hatch - 14.2-14.5

Those are rough estimates, but they are pretty typical.

I would say 13.9 is a believable time with a good driver.

i say average of 14.5 that ive seen run at sacramento raceway...just think gsrs run say 15.4 average and with a cx u take off say 500 lbs give or take for the weight of a cx...then use every 100lbs= about - 0.1 off et.... then .5 off 15.4 runs around high 14's...so with good mods i say mid 14's which i have seen many times...everyone knows that they could be faster this is just an average...alot of ppl bs on here too so do what u would like with my opinion...
