Just installed Greddy header in 00 Si, have a question

I have a leak coming from where the head and header meet, and also a leak where the header meets the cat cause I didn't use a GSR gasket, will this hurt performance

u probably need a new exhaust gasket and yes any exhaust leak will affect performance...
