Default finally got my car tuned...

So over the weekend i went up to intercrew auto salon in dallas and had Phillip tune my built 2l...over all i was a little dissapointed with my torque mostly but i think my numbers are low because im still running a cat and not a test pipe. the best run was 209hp and 142TQ SAE uncorrected, i think corrected it came out to like 213 and 145. that was run 17,

after that i kept loosing power and it seemed like grey fiber type things came out of my exhaust, a few of the guys there said it seemed as though my cat had gotten clogged or was melting or somthing along those lines. i had been running REALLY rich before tuning and even during tuning we kept it a little rich.

at run 32 i left with 204.8 and 140.1 SAE with the same settings as run 17.
Vtec engagement is at 6500 and redline is right around 9k or so. lines are very smooth and hard to see the x-over. baseline run was 170.0 and 128.9.

the other strange thing was im running the skunk2 stage 2 cams and adjusting the cam gears for the most part caused me too loose power in every case except 0exhaust and -2intake. i thought these cams would have picked up more by playing with the settings?

but anyway what do you guys think>? how much more do you think id pick up at the wheels if i switched to a test pipe? i felt torque was a little low for an 84.5mm gsr block? think my cat was the cause of it? lets hear your thoughts guys. heres a list of mods:

2l sleeved gsr block with 12:1 IB spec wiseco pistons with eagle rods
IB spec portflow P&P head with full valvetrain and skunk2 stage2 cams
hondata s100
AEM fuel rail, FPR and RC 440cc injectors
comptech icebox
toda header
carsound cat
Greddy evo catback exhaust
C/M stage 4 clutch and flywheel
skunk2 camgears
timing is at 17 degrees

For all the mods you have, it honestly does sound a kind of low. Your torque is pretty decent though. But hey, you went from 170 to 204 with just tuning? I'd say thats pretty damn awesome

It sounds like the cat was holding you back, a test pipe could get you around 7-10 more ponies with your set up. Great numbers btw
