02 Civic Si drop question
Having a dilemma.. I have a 02 Civic Si, and I want to drop it. I'm thinking about dropping it about 2 inches, but I don't want it to be a "street sweeper"(too low to the ground). I just want the car to look aggressive with the least amout of wheel gap as possible with minimal wheel tucking.
If anyone out there has dropped 02 Civic Si can you please post pictures of them (if you have) and tell me which springs you used etc... Thanks for the help!

With 2 inches youll be far from being a street sweeper. I lowered mine 3 1/2 inches
to try and eliminate the wheel gap. The rear is 2~~ inches. I used the GCs. I dont recommend this drop because it does bounce more than if I had a 2 1/2 drop but with only 2 inch drop u still see wheel gap(something I dont like on the EPs)

with a 2 1/2 inch drop i recommend u use this combination that i use that works best, a combination of Katana Super Silver 20" inch wheels and a DUB sticker
and install a HYDRAULIC shocks on that BABY and ull have the best ride in TOWN...

Progress springs will drop your car about 1.75". They provide for a great ride. You will probably want to get some different struts eventually to replace the stock ones especially if you will be putting time in on the track or strip. Also a rear camber kit will be beneficial. http://www.ephatch.com is the best source for information on the new Si.
