Default OT: New motor donor?

Went the auto show yesterday and saw the new TSX. I like it alot. Looks a million times better than the north american Accord.

The motor is a 2.4 L DOHC i-VTEC with 200HP and 166 FT-LBs of torque. Best part is it comes with a 6 speed manual tranny (yes, they didn't go gay and only offer auto).

The whole time I'm looking at this car, I was wondering if this will be the next motor for hybrids.

The motor itself I feel could have used more power. They should have used the accord v6 motor in that car.

But why not? Looks like a good doner

I think it looks a lot better than the new Accord too. None of the V6 sedan or coupe can compare to a TSX. I really hope they will offer OEM HID too like the TL, TL-S etc.

At first I think the CL1 look better than CL7, but now I think the other way. Really want to test drive the TSX once it's available. Wanna know if that's a nice car to compete in CACC stock class too.

I'm eager to test drive one as well. Has double wish bone all around

Just like the MDX when it weas introduced, it was "detuned".

They do this so they can offer more power in the next couple prod years, to make it look like they did something...

MDX started off with 240HP, and now they claim 260 with the SAME MOTOR.

we all know a 2.4 is capable of at LEAST 240 hp from a HONDA!
