Well i bought some rims today (17" Velox VX-8's) but one has a couple scratches on the polished lip. Does anyone make some sort of metal filler that could be sanded and polished to match the rest of the lip? if not, whats a good/cheap rim repair place in MD?

jb weld is sometimes used to repair metal parts, but it wouldn't match your lip.

Nothing's going to match polished Al. Sometimes the best thing is just cover the curb rash with brush-on clearcoat so it doesn't corrode. Course, that depends on how bad it is in the first place, and how close you want it to match.
