Alright guys I am running a 88'dx hatch with a 93' b18a bottom end with a pr3 b16a head. My question is I am looking for just a bit more power and I know that the gsr cams are just a touch better. Are they worth the hassle of swaping them or do they provide enough power to make it worth while and can you tell a big difference between them and the stock b16 cams?

How much are you getting the GSR cams for? I bought some stuff from a guy on ebay who seems to be a great seller. He has six sets of OEM Civic Type R Cams (intake and exhaust) for just over 400 bux I believe. Im not really sure if thats a decent deal but they come brand new in honda oem packaging so, dunno. There on ebay if your interested. Just search for them.

 

Thanks for the info. Ill deffinately check that out. thats a steal I think. Any way I have a chance at some for like 50 bucks. Anyone have anymore info.

 

no one has a b16 head with these cams in it?

 

they will work just fine.

 

you gain power though the middle and highend. they are very easy to swap over.

im running them temporarily right now they work fine , go itr , ctr or skunks depending on what your trying to accomplish , let us know , e
