Hey whats up guys i need your opinions. I have a 91 crx thats about to be painted phoenix yellow or integra type r yellow, my cars got the wings west rs body kit and a cf hood. what sidemarkers you guys think will look good on mycar i cant decide between stanley sidemarkders for the jdm look but im afraid itll clash with the paint or get some smoked euro sidemarkers. what you guys think?

I would go with stanley. That's what i have but i still have to put it on.

 

Do you have any pictures of the back of them? i have euro clear side markers on my car now, but due to a missing wheewell they got wet and are now useless, i wanna know the shape of the back of the sidemarker to see if itll fit in the hole thats in my car from my last sidemarkers. Thats the pain in the butt about sidemarkers, now i will have a hole left from my old sidemarkers once i remove them, i may just go for the clean look and go without sidemarkers, ill have to have a body shop weld a piece of metal there which $ucks, what you guys think?

 

Id go with the clear ones, Im going with the JDM ones myself, but I have black car, I dont think it would look as good on a phoenix yellow car. Besides I think the EuroClears look better, I just dont want to attract too much attention.

 

Not to sound like a smart ***, but what's the difference between phoenix yellow and ITR yellow?

 

There isnt, its just that when i say phoenix yellow a lot of people dont know what im talking about.

 

Sorry, don't have pics of it but it's almost the same size as the side marker itself. One side has a sorta little plastic hook and the other side has a snap on metal peice. The shape of the hole i think by looking at my sidemarker is rectangle.

I would still go with the sidemarkers if you have holes already. How big are the holes from the previous sidemarker and what shape?

 

the hole shape is a circle, it is attached by 2 small screws.

 

The JDM side marker is held by clips instead of screws. I would think you can dremel the hole to make the JDM side markers fit.

 

I like the smoked ones... But it's kinda hard to tell unless you know the color of paint they will be on.

I've got a black car so if it was my plan i would do the creal/smoked ones
