my friend has a custom 3" catback with a 3" turbo apexi n1. it's quieter than my 2.25 5zigen catback. the turbo itself will muffle the sound quite a bit.
if i were you, i would get a 3" catback. it wont be that loud and you'll get better #'s from it.

the DRAG downpipe is meant to be cut to length
asfar as exhaust goes, just get a 2.5" cat(if you feel the need) and make a 2.5"
exhaust with some sort of straight thru muffler.

my friend is using a 3" carsound. no conpliants yet
I got a 3" carsound cat, i had the down pipe widen to fit a 3" carsound with flanges, and custom madrel bent pipping all the way through with flanges seprating the cat from down pipe, mid pipe, and axle back to muffler so when i needed to i could piece off the exhaust system. And trust me 3" inch is worth it! for future mods allowing more flow and it is not loud really, the turbo is going to muffle the sound down, and you kiss that N/A sound good bye your going to have an distinct sound of an turbo honda, plus turbos create huge amounts of backpressure and don't need it, turbos love to flow freely, the only reason i have a cat is because i want to be street legal in some way
and i live in so-cal.
