Default swap info - obd1/obd2

just picked up a crx and i am building another hybrid. i have never put an obd1 or obd2 set up in a nonobd car. what are my options and how would this work out?
for instance: 95 gsr motor-would i have to convert to obd1 or chip an obd0 ecu?
or: 99 si motor? i am just curious and want to have answers before spending my money.
thanks

You can run either the 95 or 99 engine with a chipped P28 and a conversion harness, PM me as I have both.
