Default Full Synthetic Tranny fluid?

Is there some sort of Full Synthetic Tranny fluid I can put in my GSR?

I think it's time for a tranny fluid change b/c 4th is starting to grind randomly now, and I dont think the car has ever had a change. LOL

Soooooooo.... if you guys know of any company that makes a full synthetic or high performance MT tranny fluid. Let me know!

Honda MTF, Redline MTL, or GM Synchhromesh. Anything besides the second two is gonna be a downgrade from Honda MTF

Rumor has it that BG Synchroshift is very similar to GM Synchromesh.

Honda MTF only, Redline MTF is tooooo slippery and makes the actual syncros slip. It's needs Honda and that is what you should go with, you will have no problems and you should change it out every 30k, at least I do and the gearbox is very healthy
