Are these Iridium Spark plugs still good?
This is the situation...I recently pulled out my spark plugs and ignition wires from my wrecked #1180. The car's engine had never been fire up for at least 4 months now. It was fired up only 4 times in a total of 7 months after it was wrecked to move on and off to the flatbed.
Are the ignition wires and plugs still reusable? The car's been out in the driveway suffering from this cold cold weather. The plugs now is flat black, don't know if this is the way an Iridum plug should look like after used:

They can, however if you are not seeing misfires then continue to use them but replace at regular intervals (check owners manual, service schedule).
How about the ignition wires. do they ever go bad by the wear of time?
oh yeah...forgot to mention, both spark plugs and wires had been used for less than 1,000 miles in a period of two months. If there is any ways to look at the wires and determine they are bad or not, I'll be happy to take some pics.
