Default HELP: auto trans trouble 97 Civic

my wife has a 97 LX with only 108,000 miles on it, she told me today that it was shifting funny. I went out a drove it and when it shifts it hessitates but dosent feel it is slipping. It still holds everything that you put to it. I hope that the tranny is not going out. Is there anything else that it could be??

I don't know much about 6th gen AT trannies, I had one on my old EJ1 5th gen EX coupe. As far as I know they have their own ECU to control the shifts. On the 5th gens they work off the regular ECU. Now you may also want to do a tranny oil change and see if that helps.
