LS VTEC Questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have an LS and im purchasing the vtec head soon, i think a b16. neways, im gonna strengthen it with crowe connecting rods, JE pistons, skunk2 st2 cams and gears, new retainers, valves, valve springs and new injectors. What else do i need cuz i dun wanna blow it after like two weeks... 
Also, theres a rumor that after the head comes on u have to drive like a grandma for atleast one month and NO HIGH REVS. is this true?

As for LSVTEC info do a search. There are numerous threads on these.
You don't necessarily have to "drive like a grandma" but you do need to break in your engine in order to ensure that the rings seal properly.
